Check it when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging, through the contact form or on WhatsApp, with your order number. Keep printed paper and card flat, in the box it came in, somewhere dry and away from direct sun and heat. Damp makes paper curl and can stop it feeding through printers; sun fades colours over time.
