Invoice books, pads and loose sets printed on carbonless NCR paper, so every invoice, quote, receipt or job sheet you write gives you and your customer a copy. Choose 2, 3 or 4 parts, sizes from A6 to A4, and black or full colour printing. Books hold 50 numbered sets and pads hold 50 glued sets. Invoice books for trades and small businesses
An NCR book lets you write once and get two, three or four copies. NCR stands for no carbon required: the sheets are coated, so pressure from a pen transfers to the sheet below. Plumbers, electricians, garages, cafés and delivery firms use them for invoices, quotes, receipts, delivery notes and job sheets.
NCR Invoice Books are bound books of 50 numbered sets in A6 or A5, in 2, 3 or 4 parts, with black or full colour print on the front. Numbering makes it easy to keep track of every invoice. NCR Pads are glued pads of 50 sets in A6, A5 or A4, handy on a counter or in a van. NCR Sets are loose sets in A6, DL, A5 or A4, useful for forms that go through the post or into a file.
Choosing parts, size and print

A6 (105 × 148 mm) suits receipts, A5 (148 × 210 mm) suits most invoices and quotes, and A4 (210 × 297 mm) gives room for job sheets and delivery notes. Print can be black only or full colour on the front; NCR sets can also have black on both sides, or full colour front and black back, for terms and conditions. Loose sets run from 50 to 5,000. The top white sheet usually goes to the customer, and full colour lets you match your logo colours on the front of each set.

Several products can be laid out online with the Design it online button, and what you approve on screen is exactly what we print. Uploaded files get a file check: we look at resolution, size and bleed so the job will print well. What does NCR mean?
NCR stands for no carbon required. The sheets are coated so that writing on the top sheet transfers to the sheets below without separate carbon paper, giving you two, three or four copies at once.
How many sets are in an invoice book?
Each NCR invoice book holds 50 numbered sets, bound as a book. NCR pads hold 50 glued sets. Loose NCR sets are sold in quantities from 50 to 5,000.
Which parts should I choose?
A 2-part set (white and yellow) gives a copy for the customer and one for you. 3-part adds a pink copy, for example for accounts, and 4-part adds a blue copy.
What size invoice book should I order?
A5 (148 × 210 mm) is the usual size for invoices and quotes. A6 (105 × 148 mm) is smaller and suits receipts. Pads and loose sets also come in A4 for job sheets.
