Most orders from builders, contractors and site managers fall into four groups: labels for the work itself, stationery for the paperwork, branding for the van, and signs or banners for sites and premises. Everything on this page is printed to order with your details, and every file is checked before printing.

Service and compliance labels

• Isolation "Do Not Switch On" Labels - warning labels fixed at a switch or isolator while work is being carried out downstream.
• Fire Stopping Labels - identification labels fixed beside fire stopping and penetration seals to record what was installed and by whom.
• Ladder Inspection Labels - labels that record ladder inspections, with the ladder ID, the date checked and the next check.
• Thorough Examination (LOLER) Labels - labels for lifting equipment and accessories that record the last thorough examination and when the next one is due.
• Asset Labels - numbered "property of" labels that identify tools, equipment and IT with your company name and an asset number.
• Do Not Use / Out of Service Labels - red labels that mark equipment as out of service until it has been repaired and checked.
• Custom Logo Stickers - stickers printed with your logo for packaging, invoices, equipment and giveaways.

Labels come on gloss or matt paper for indoor use, or waterproof polypropylene for outdoor units, lofts, plant rooms and vans. Every label carries your company name and phone number, plus a registration or ID number as plain text where you want one. We never print scheme or trade-body logos.

Business cards and invoice books

Business cards on 350gsm or 450gsm silk card, and NCR invoice books or NCR pads in 2, 3 or 4 part, 50 sets each, for invoices, job sheets and receipts. Starter packs put labels, cards and a book together for less than buying them one by one.

Van branding, signs and banners

Magnetic van signs and car door magnets come off when you use the vehicle privately. For sites and premises we print correx boards, PVC banners and safety signs in stock sizes or any size you need.

Artwork and file checks

Upload your own print-ready file, add your details to our label templates at no extra cost, or choose a paid design option: typesetting, full design from your brief, logo redraw or a new logo. We check every file before anything is printed, so check names, spellings and colours before you order.

Turnaround and delivery

Most labels and stationery are ready to dispatch within 3 to 12 working days depending on the product and turnaround you choose; each product page shows its own times. UK mainland delivery is £7.95, free on orders of £99 and over; remote areas are quoted.

These labels are a visible record of dates and contacts. They support, but never replace, the tests, inspections and paperwork your work requires.
