Yes. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the product price. Delivery is added at checkout: £7.95 to UK mainland addresses, free on orders of £99 and over.

Each size, material, finish, quantity and turnaround has its own production cost. The configurator works out the exact price for your combination as you choose, starting from the lowest priced option.

Custom size products let you type any width and height within the limits shown. For anything else, contact us with the size and quantity and we will quote it.

Prices for larger quantities are already lower per item in the configurator where the product has quantity options. For very large runs, contact us for a quote.

Setup and file preparation are paid once per order: checking your artwork, setting up the press and the finishing. Extra copies of the same design only add print and material, so the price per item falls as the quantity rises. Where a product has quantity options, a short guide under the price shows what 1, 2, 5 and 10 cost with the options the page opens on. Those figures are the prices the calculator gives.

By debit or credit card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and we never see or store your full card number.

A PDF at the finished size is best, with fonts embedded or outlined. We also accept AI, EPS, SVG and high resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF files. See our artwork guidelines for resolution and bleed.

Yes. If you design online, you see exactly what you’ll get on screen, and that is what we print. If you upload your own file, a person from our team checks it will print well (resolution, size and bleed) and tells you if anything needs fixing. Our paid design services include 1 design + 2 rounds of changes. Production time starts when your order and artwork are confirmed.

Yes. Choose the artwork help option on the product page where it is offered, or contact us and our designers will set up your file.

Yes. Designing and previewing on screen is free. Previews carry a small "InstantBanners preview" mark; the print file never does.

Yes. When you order printing with a design you made in our online designer, the high-resolution PDF is attached to your order. Once your order is paid you can download it from My Account > Orders and from your order confirmation email.

Yes. In the designer, finish your design and choose "Buy the print-ready PDF". It costs £9.99 per design. You get a print-ready PDF at the exact size with bleed and outlined text, for your own use (not for resale). There is no printing and no delivery charge. The download appears in My Account and in your confirmation email once payment is received.

A design file is digital content. At checkout you ask for it straight away and confirm that your right to cancel ends once the download starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). If the file is faulty, for example it will not open or is not the size you ordered, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. Please check spelling and details before you finish your design.

UK mainland delivery is £7.95 per order and free on orders of £99 and over (goods subtotal). Oversize items (banners over 3 m on any side, boards larger than A0) add £15 per order. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly need a delivery quote before ordering.

Each product shows how many working days it takes to be ready for dispatch for each turnaround option. After dispatch, standard courier delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days.

Many products have an Express turnaround option with a shorter production time. It is shown with its price in the configurator.

Items printed to your specification cannot be returned for a change of mind, because the 14-day cancellation right does not apply to personalised goods. You can cancel for a full refund before we start making your order.

Contact us within 48 hours with photos. If it is faulty, damaged or does not match the design you made or the file you supplied, we will reprint it or refund you.
