No. We are not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT and cannot issue a VAT invoice. You get an order confirmation email with the items, options and total paid, which works as your receipt. Yes. Add each design to the basket as its own line with its own file or online design, then check out once. Delivery is charged once per order, and becomes free when the goods total reaches £99. Check it when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging, through the contact form or on WhatsApp, with your order number. Do not send anything back until we reply; we then arrange a reprint or a refund. This does not affect your legal rights, which the returns page explains. Keep printed paper and card flat, in the box it came in, somewhere dry and away from direct sun and heat. Damp makes paper curl and can stop it feeding through printers; sun fades colours over time.
