Custom stamps: company stamps for offices, shops and trades
A stamp is faster and neater than writing the same details again and again. Offices use an address stamp on post and forms, accounts teams mark invoices as paid or received, schools stamp books, and shops stamp loyalty cards. A round stamp with a logo works well for loyalty cards and packaging.
Self-Inking Company Stamps have the ink pad inside the stamp. Each time you press down, the rubber turns over onto the pad and back, so there is no separate pad to carry. You choose the shape, size and ink colour, type your text on the product page, and pick a layout.

The larger the stamp, the more lines of text it holds while staying readable. Ink comes in black, blue or red. Black is the usual choice for addresses, blue is often used to show a document is an original, and red works for "paid" or "urgent" marks.
You can order 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 or 20 stamps, which is handy if several people or sites need the same stamp. A rectangular stamp suits text laid out in lines, while a round stamp suits a logo or a short word. Keep the text short on the smaller sizes so it stays readable.

What is a self-inking stamp?
A self-inking stamp has the ink pad built in. When you press it down, the rubber die flips onto the pad and then onto the paper, so you do not need a separate ink pad.
