Business stationery: stationery printing for trades, shops and offices

Printed stationery is the paperwork a business hands over every day: the card left with a customer, the invoice written on site, the letter that goes out with a quote. This hub brings all of it together in twelve ranges, each made to order by our UK production partner.

Business cards come in standard, square, textured, recycled, plastic, foil, spot UV and triplex versions. Flyers and leaflets run from A7 to A3, flat or folded. Letterheads and compliment slips and continuation sheets keep your letters consistent, and printed envelopes in DL, C5 and C4 carry them. Invoice books and pads give you carbonless copies for quotes, job sheets and receipts.

For the desk and the counter there are notebooks and desk pads, self-inking company stamps, and postcards, greeting cards and invitations. For sales meetings and events there are presentation folders, booklets and brochures and calendars that stay on a wall or desk all year. Door hangers, tent cards and swing tags cover hotels, restaurants and retail.

If you work in a trade, the trade starter packs bundle labels, 250 business cards and 2 NCR books for electricians, gas engineers, plumbing and heating engineers and fire safety engineers. Each pack costs less than buying the same parts separately.

Choosing papers and quantities

Paper weight is shown in gsm. The higher the number, the thicker and stiffer the sheet.

Silk has a smooth surface with a low sheen, gloss is shinier, and uncoated stocks take pen and pencil. Quantities start low on most products, so you can order a short run and reorder later.

Artwork

Send a print-ready PDF at the finished size with 3 mm bleed on every edge, and keep text at least 3 mm inside the trim. Stamps need no file: we set your lines exactly as you type them on the product page. Several products can be laid out online with the Design it online button, and what you approve on screen is exactly what we print. Uploaded files get a file check: we look at resolution, size and bleed so the job will print well. Everything here is made to order by our UK production partner. Each product page shows the live turnaround for Saver, Standard and Express, counted in working days to dispatch after your artwork is confirmed. Each product page shows its own times.
