For large items read from a distance, 100 to 150 dpi at the finished size is enough. At 100 dpi a 9 ft 10 in × 6 ft 7 in (3000 × 2000 mm) design needs about 11,811 × 7,874 pixels. Logos and text are best as vector artwork, which stays sharp at any size. Photos taken from websites or social media are usually far too small; our file check flags images that may print soft.

A PDF at the finished size is best, with fonts embedded or converted to outlines. We also take AI, EPS and SVG, and high resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF files. Let it dry completely, wipe off any dirt, then roll it loosely with the printed side facing out, around a tube if you have one. Avoid folding it hard, which leaves creases and can crack the print along the fold. Keep it somewhere dry and away from heat. Remove old cable ties before you roll it so they do not dent the print. Check it when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours with photos of the item and the packaging, through the contact form or on WhatsApp, with your order number.
