Yes. Express makes these books ready to dispatch in 8 working days on the opening option, priced at £44.58 against £38.50 on Saver (11 days). Yes, with a difference in price. Mainland Scottish Highlands postcodes, for example around Inverness, Fort William, Oban and Thurso, pay the mainland rate plus £10 once per order, even when the order qualifies for free delivery.
