What exactly do I get for £45.99?

Is delivery included?
Delivery is charged at checkout: £7.95 to UK mainland addresses, free on orders of £99 and over. Mainland Scottish Highlands add £10 once per order. Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are quoted.
How many can I order at this price?

Why mesh instead of PVC?
Mesh lets wind pass through, so it suits Heras fencing, scaffolding and exposed sites. Colours look a little lighter than on solid PVC.
