Our file check catches the usual problems: the wrong size, no bleed, low resolution images and text too close to the edge. We tell you what needs fixing before anything is printed, and you can send a new file. If you would rather we sort it, the typesetting option (£15, 1 proof and 2 rounds of changes) sets your text and logo on a clean layout. A PDF at the finished size is best, with fonts embedded or converted to outlines. We also take AI, EPS and SVG, and high resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF files. For items read close up, aim for 300 dpi at the finished size. At 300 dpi an A5 (148 × 210 mm) design needs about 1,748 × 2,480 pixels. Logos and text are best as vector artwork, which stays sharp at any size. Photos taken from websites or social media are usually far too small; our file check flags images that may print soft.

The smallest quantity in the options is 10, then 25, 50, 100 and 250. The price shown is the total for that quantity, so compare the price each at two or three quantities before you choose. To plan back from a date, add 1 to 3 working days for the courier after dispatch and allow for artwork: production starts once your order and artwork are confirmed. Yes, with a difference in price. Mainland Scottish Highlands postcodes, for example around Inverness, Fort William, Oban and Thurso, pay the mainland rate plus £10 once per order, even when the order qualifies for free delivery. Table tent cards, also called table talkers, stand on tables and counters to show menus, drinks offers, table numbers, Wi-Fi details, reserved signs and event notices. Supply CMYK where you can. RGB files are converted to CMYK for print, which can make very bright greens, blues and oranges look slightly duller. If you need a brand colour matched, give us the Pantone reference and we match it as closely as the material allows. No. These items are printed to your order, and the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b)). Keep printed paper and card flat, in the box it came in, somewhere dry and away from direct sun and heat. Damp makes paper curl and can stop it feeding through printers; sun fades colours over time.
